You agree not to use our platform for illegal transactions, counterfeit payment attempts, or any activity violating United States federal law or EU consumer protection regulation. - Product Pricing & Inventory Disclaimer
All prices displayed on glowyoo.com are listed in United States Dollars (USD). For EU customers, all import VAT, customs duties and international shipping fees are displayed separately at checkout to comply with EU price transparency laws.
We reserve full rights to adjust product pricing, run flash sales, modify bundle discounts, and update inventory quantities at any time without advance customer notification.
In the event of obvious website pricing errors (extreme underpricing due to system bugs), Glowyoo holds the right to cancel all affected orders and issue a full 100% refund to the original payment account with no further liability.
Inventory stock counts are real-time estimates only; we cannot guarantee item availability until your order is fully processed and shipped. Out-of-stock items will be automatically refunded from your order. - Payment & Security Rules
We accept PayPal, major credit cards, and digital wallet payments supported through our PayPal Payments gateway. All checkout pages are protected by Google reCAPTCHA v2 anti-fraud verification to block unauthorized bot orders.
Payment authorization is completed immediately upon order submission. If a payment fails, your order will not enter processing until a valid payment method is re-submitted. We are not liable for bank overdraft fees, currency conversion charges, or third-party payment platform service fees incurred during checkout. - Order Cancellation Rights
Pre-shipping cancellation: Full order cancellation is permitted free of charge while your order remains in processing status, before a shipping label is generated.
Post-shipping cancellation: Once dispatched, cancellation requests are treated as standard return applications and subject to our separate Refund & Return Policy cost rules. EU customers retain their statutory 14-day withdrawal right regardless of shipping status. - Limitation of Liability
For US Customers: Glowyoo’s total maximum liability for any disputed order is capped at the full dollar amount you paid for that individual order. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages including missed events, lost wages, or travel costs caused by delivery delay.
For EU/EEA Customers: Nothing within these Terms removes your mandatory statutory consumer rights under EU Consumer Rights Directive, including the 14-day cooling-off period and 2-year product warranty protection. All EU mandatory consumer protections supersede any liability limitation clauses in this agreement. - Website Content Ownership
All site text, product photographs, graphic designs, brand logos, and written product descriptions are exclusive intellectual property of Glowyoo. Unauthorized copying, screenshot redistribution, commercial reposting, or image editing for external resale platforms is strictly prohibited. - Policy Modification & Governing Law
We reserve the authority to update these Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on the corresponding policy pages with a new effective date. Continued site use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised rules.
Customers residing in the United States: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
