This policy covers two separate legal frameworks: 30-day voluntary returns for United States customers, and the mandatory 14-day statutory cooling-off period required by EU Consumer Rights Directive for all customers residing in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland.
Glowyoo accepts eligible returns for unused, unopened hair accessories and jewelry products sold on glowyoo.com.
Part A: EU / EEA / UK Customer Statutory 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Legal Mandate)
Right of Withdrawal: You may cancel your order and return goods for any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving your package, no justification required.
Extended Return Window: After submitting your withdrawal request, you have an additional 14 days to ship the items back to our designated international return warehouse.
Full Refund Requirement: Upon receipt and inspection of returned goods, we will refund 100% of all payments you made, including your original standard shipping cost, within 14 business days.
Return Shipping Cost Rule for EU Customers: You are responsible for paying outbound return shipping fees to send items back to our warehouse. We will provide a pre-paid return label only if the return is caused by our error (defective item, wrong product shipped).
Mandatory Withdrawal Form: A standardized EU contract withdrawal form is available for download at the bottom of this page; you may submit this form via email to activate your return rights.
2-Year Product Warranty (EU Legal Rule): All merchandise carries a 2-year statutory warranty against manufacturing defects for European customers. If items break under normal daily use within 2 years of purchase, contact support with defect photos for free replacement or full refund.
Part B: United States Domestic Return Eligibility
US customers may submit voluntary return requests within 30 calendar days of package delivery. To qualify for a full or partial refund, returned items must meet all requirements below:
All merchandise remains unused, unworn, free of stains, scratches, deformation, or personal damage.
Original retail packaging, brand tags, and included accessory pieces are fully intact and returned together.
Final sale, clearance, promotional bundle items are non-refundable and non-returnable as marked on individual product pages.
Personalized, custom-engraved goods are excluded from all return eligibility.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing original packaging after warehouse inspection.
- Return Shipping Cost Responsibility
Customer-initiated returns (change of mind, incorrect size/style selection): The buyer covers all outbound return shipping fees. Original order shipping charges are non-refundable for voluntary returns (US only; EU customers receive full original shipping refund per law).
Our error returns (wrong item shipped, defective manufacturing damage, missing product pieces): Glowyoo will provide a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you for all regions. - How to Submit a Return Request Globally
Email info@glowyoo.com with your original order number, full name, and brief reason for return within your eligible return window (14 days EU / 30 days US). EU customers may attach the official withdrawal form to speed processing.
Our customer service team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return shipping instructions within 2 business days.
Write your RA number clearly on the outside of your return package; returns without an authorized RA number will not be processed.
Send the package back to our designated warehouse address using the provided instructions. - Refund Processing Timeline & Payment Method
Once our warehouse receives and fully inspects your returned merchandise:
Refund verification and processing takes 3–7 business days.
All refunds are issued back to your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, debit card).
Bank and PayPal fund arrival may take an additional 3–10 business days based on your financial institution’s settlement speed.
If you prefer store credit instead of a monetary refund, we offer a $5 bonus store credit applied to your account after successful return inspection. Store credit never expires and can be used on all future site purchases. - Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges for different styles or sizes. If you wish to swap your item, submit a standard return request for a refund and place a new separate order for your desired product.
