Glowyoo ships physical orders to domestic addresses within the United States, and to all countries within the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland.
- Order Processing Time
All orders require 1–3 full business days for warehouse processing before dispatch. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and official US federal holidays. Processing delays may occur during holiday sale seasons, and we will post banner notifications on our homepage for extended turnaround times.
Orders placed after 5 PM EST will begin processing the following business day. - Shipping Methods & Transit Timelines
United States Domestic Shipping
We ship all US packages via USPS tracked shipping services:
Standard Shipping: Estimated transit 3–7 business days after dispatch
Expedited Shipping: Estimated transit 2–4 business days after dispatch
EU / EEA / UK International Shipping
All international orders ship via tracked cross-border courier services:
Standard International Shipping: Estimated transit 7–14 business days after dispatch
Per EU Consumer Rights Directive: All goods will be delivered within a maximum of 30 calendar days from order confirmation unless extended delivery is agreed upon by email. If delivery exceeds 30 days without notification, EU customers may cancel the full order for a complete refund.
Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed; delays caused by customs clearance, sorting errors, weather disruptions, or peak holiday volume are outside our control. Every shipped order receives a unique tracking number sent to your checkout email address once the package leaves our warehouse. - Shipping Cost, Duties & Tax Disclosure (EU Mandatory)
Flat-rate shipping fees apply to all eligible orders:
US Standard Shipping Flat Fee: $6.99 per order
US Expedited Shipping Flat Fee: $12.99 per order
Free Standard US Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders with 2 or more products added to cart
International Standard Shipping Flat Rate: $14.99 per order to all EU/UK countries
Import Tax & Customs Liability for European Customers
All import VAT, customs duties, clearance fees, and brokerage charges imposed by your local national customs authority are the sole responsibility of the buyer. All tariff costs will be displayed separately at checkout before you complete payment, in full compliance with EU price transparency laws. Free shipping promotions cannot cover international import taxes. - Shipping Exclusions & Delivery Issues
We cannot redirect packages to alternate addresses after an order has been dispatched.
If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, contact our support team within 7 calendar days for lost package investigation. We will coordinate with carriers to file a missing mail claim.
Damaged packaging upon arrival must be reported within 48 hours of delivery notification with clear photos of the damaged box and items for replacement or refund consideration.
Refused international packages without valid defect claims will incur round-trip international shipping, customs, and handling costs deducted from your final refund. - Order Modifications Before Shipment
You may request address edits, product removal, or full order cancellation free of charge while your order remains in processing status (before shipping label generation). Once the package is dispatched, all change requests fall under our Return & Refund Policy rules.
